Reservation should be made at least 24hr in advance.
When is your operating time?
7-11 and available outside of business hours by phone and text.
Are there any cancelation fee?
Cancelation fee of $10 is applied to a Customer account if customer fails to show 15 min after schedule trip.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Pets are allowed to travel with customer.
Are background checks done on drivers?
Yes, all of our drivers have to pass a Md State approve background check.
How will I know the car has arrived?
By text, you will be notified when the car is in transit and again when it has arrived.
Is Hawk licensed to operate?
Hawk is a licensed PSC operator.
Can I use a digital wallet to pay for my ride?
Yes, digital wallets are allowed to make payment
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we have a refund policy, time of refund will be based on your financial institution.
